Getting the Shot

Sometimes a muse catches my attention quite suddenly, and I get a bit swept away with it. I have to say, this has got to be the case with this wildlife videographer sphinx.

A few days ago I posted a short story called "Scorched Lens." I've written a bit more now, though it's a bit disjointed so I won't be putting that up yet. I've been drawing too. Between helping the bae finagle the exhaust assembly out of our Astro van and doing the final edits on The Moth and the Bear, I found time to finish this piece:
